Tell us which tools your team uses today.
In a 30-minute call we tell you whether your case needs policies, a private environment or neither. Tell us which data worries you and which teams need to work with AI.
- No unnecessary infrastructure promises
- Review of current tools and visible risks
- Clear route: adoption, private environment or automation
- Next step defined with internal owners
Before the call
If you already have questions about region, sensitive data, costs or existing tools, include them in the message. It helps us get straight to the point.
We work directly with international teams.
Your data never passes through us: the environment lives in your cloud, with your keys. We set it up, document it and hand it over to your team. We coordinate consultants and partners to serve Europe and Latin America remotely or on site when the project requires it.
Reach
Global
We coordinate projects for companies in Europe, Latin America and distributed teams.
Presence
Europe + LATAM
Consultants and partners for local coordination and on-site sessions when needed.
Delivery
Remote + on-site
Most work can move remotely; when useful, we coordinate workshops, training or implementation in person.
The point is choosing the right level of control.
Does this replace ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude or Gemini?
Not always. If those suites already solve the case, we work on adoption, internal policy, training and admin configuration. When the company needs more control over models, region, keys, consumption or integrations, we set up a private environment on AWS Bedrock or another approved provider.
What about region and country restrictions?
Many companies ask not only where data is processed, but which rules apply: European Union, United Kingdom, United States or other jurisdictions. In an approved cloud environment we document region, provider, model and inference options so the company can define acceptable uses with its policy and legal advice.
Do we need a large technical team?
No. You need one internal owner who can make decisions, coordinate access and maintain usage criteria. That person can sit in operations, leadership, legal, IT or another appointed role. If they need technical context, we train them.
How is pricing defined?
It depends on scope: number of teams, current tools, cloud environment, automations and support. We separate implementation work from model consumption so the company can see what it pays for service and what it pays for usage.
What does it cover under Article 4 of the AI Act?
Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 requires providers and deployers of AI systems to ensure a sufficient level of AI literacy for the people operating or using those systems. The Safe AI Passport leaves training, assessment, usage rules and employee-level records to support that internal evidence.
How does it integrate with existing processes?
We first identify which processes deserve AI and which data can be used. Then we connect internal tools, documents, CRM, support or reporting only when there is operational value and a clear way to measure it.
