You will know which AI your company uses, with which data, at what cost.
Right now, nobody in your organization has that answer. In 3-4 weeks you have it in writing: a real usage map, prioritized risks, a signable policy and an implementation route with numbers.
What you receive, week by week
01
Real usage map
Approved and shadow tools, who uses them, with which data and what is being paid — including the credit cards nobody consolidated.
02
Prioritized risks
Not a list of fears: a matrix of what can actually hurt you, ordered by likelihood and impact, in leadership language.
03
Signable policy v1
Two pages legal can approve and people can follow: allowed data, approved tools and who decides exceptions.
04
Route with business case
What your current suite already covers, when a private environment pays off, and which 2-3 automations would fund the project. With numbers your CFO can defend.
How we work: four weeks, zero friction
The whole process is designed to steal minimal time from your team and never touch your systems.
- Week 1 — A 60-minute kickoff and role-based questionnaires each person answers in 15 minutes.
- Week 2 — Two 45-minute interviews with key teams and an analysis of spend data you export yourself.
- Week 3 — Policy drafting, risk matrix and the automation business case.
- Week 4 — Delivery in one session with leadership, IT and legal together, so nobody later vetoes what they never saw.
No access to your systems. Really.
We ask for no credentials, install nothing and never see your customers' data. We work on evidence your team provides: tool lists, invoices, questionnaire answers. That is why you don't need to onboard us as a critical vendor or run a months-long security review — and why the diagnostic can start next week.
Who it is for — and who it is not
It works best when there is something real to organize. It fits if you recognize yourself in these signals; if not, we will tell you on the first call.
- Your employees already use AI with customer data, contracts or internal information.
- You pay for Copilot, ChatGPT or another suite and don't know if it is used or what it returns.
- Legal or IT has blocked AI while the business pushes to move.
- A major client has asked for evidence of how you control AI.
- It does not fit if you want custom software development or have fewer than 15 employees.
The point is choosing the right level of control.
What if we already use ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini?
Even better: the diagnostic starts from what exists. We measure real adoption, spend and risk of what you already pay for, and the final route may be keeping your suite — configured and with rules. We don't sell a platform by default.
How much of my team's time does it take?
One internal owner spends 3-4 hours in total. The rest of the team: a 15-minute questionnaire and, in some cases, a 45-minute interview. It is designed not to stop the operation.
What happens when it ends?
You keep every deliverable with no dependency on us. If the route recommends implementation (private environment, automations or training), you get a proposal with scope and price. Continuing is your decision.
The first call is 30 minutes and already gives you criteria.
We tell you whether your case needs policies, a private environment or neither. No commitment, no 40-slide corporate deck.
